What each module can do

ScreenConnect and IT Glue are the launch modules. Salesforce is the next launch candidate. Microsoft 365, Bitdefender and Zabbix remain beta while their setup and login flows are completed.

Launch module

ScreenConnect

The broadest Konnate module. It lets your AI find and inspect approved computers, then run a permitted command on a connected endpoint when write access is enabled.

Current tools

  • Search connected machines by customer, site or computer name
  • Read machine details including name, operating system, user and connection state
  • Run a command on an approved connected computer

Example: “Find DT-039 at CILT, show its operating system and check its hostname.”

Commands are checked against customer and computer policy, operating-system and machine allowlists, read-only mode and the built-in destructive-command denylist.

IT Glue

Give your AI fast, read-only access to the documentation your technicians already use without exposing a general browser session.

  • Search customer documentation
  • List documents belonging to a customer
  • Read one document by its IT Glue identifier

Example: “Find the firewall documentation for Wise and Co and summarise the setup.”

Konnate currently exposes no password-reveal tool. Username or password viewing is not part of this module's current tool set.

Current tools

  • List open support cases from the configured queue
  • Search cases using customer names, references or text
  • Read a single support case and its current details

Example: “List the open cases for Acme and summarise the oldest one.”

The current Salesforce connector is read-only and is undergoing launch acceptance.

Microsoft 365

The current foundation connector prepares the authenticated Microsoft 365 session used by future Exchange and Graph workflows.

Example: “Check whether the Microsoft 365 connector is ready.”

Beta limitation: mailbox and tenant-management actions are not yet exposed, and setup currently depends on IT Glue credentials and local Exchange Online prerequisites.
